Any chance of a weekend delivery?
We currently deliver All week long except Fridays & Saturday.
Deliveries are not made on public holidays.

We ship to all Egypt regions.
Deliveries can take longer to certain remote areas. Where applicable, deliveries will be completed as quickly as possible.

What if my delivery hasn’t turned up?
If it’s been 10 working days and nothing has arrived, something has probably gone wrong. Sorry, we know it’s frustrating. Get in touch through WhatsApp and we’ll get it sorted.
Return & Refund
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days only in cases of manufacturing defects only.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
